BurnToast - Wahaha! That's a damn funny signage! I tell u, they should really get it thoroughly checked before they print & display such posters/signages up la. It's embarassing! It's no wonder some foreigners think Singapore is a puny city in China! :shock:
 
dittos! this signage belongs to a cinema in orchard by the way and most of the people in queue were giggling over it lol.
 
hey my office has a boo boo on the main door for many years untill i noticed it recently.

which shoe is it? left or right?

It has since been corrected by me recently with a makeshift "S"

i have been walking in and out of the office for years and it took me 5 years to notice that boo boo. i'm blind on my part as well.

No one noticed "YET"

Junkieman - haha..yea i'm sure someone will notice it soon enuff cos the new addition kinda stands out cos it's not of the same size as the rest of the words.

When i come across posters/signages littered with poor english, i can't help but cringe. :???:
 
Oh my! I just noticed an ad banner here on soft website that had bad english! It reads something like "Become perfectly articulate guitar player"

she actually thinks the grammer is correct...
She finally gave in when her primary 3 son verified it as "WRONG"

Junkieman - Oh mygosh, seriously? She thinks it's correct English? Ai ya, she must have been the one who created the signage la then! HAHA! You know a friend of mine told me that he had once seen a signage somewhere in SG that read "Prosecutors will be tresspassed."

I laughed so hard till tears streamed down! :lol:

there is a sign at the MICA building (yes thats Ministry of information, COMMUNICATION, and arts) that tells the history of the building redevelopment.

Apparently one of the blocks "had to demolish"

Used to have a photo of this but i changed my phone....
