HEY SOFT-IES!!!!!!!

FOR THOSE WHO WENT TO SEE ZAKK WYLDE,

TELL US WHAT DO YOU GUYS FEEL ABT SEEING HIM???!!!
AND TELL US WAD DID YOU GET SIGN???

I WENT WITH MY FRIEND,

it was,
AWESOME!!!!!!

HIS SOLOS WERE DAMN NICE AND FREAKING FAST!!!!

Q&A WAS FUNNY HAHA!

TELL US WHAT YOU THINK AND WAD DID HE SIGN FOR YOU!!!

I was dissapointed that nobody asked him about his rebel guitar (which was broken in half in Brazil btw), and I had no Idea we were almost the same height. His shorter than I imagined lol. Also I never quite realized he had a beer belly, looking back at old pictures, he kinda had it all along.

But f***, I've seen videos of him play, but to see and hear it in the same room, watching him just meters away shredding gave me goosebumps. He is way more impressive live, because you feel his vibrato in your bones

I can die happy now, had my picture taken and my CD's signed. proof that a mortal shared space with a god

It was quite bad, IMHO, just him shredding aimlessly for 15 minutes and you can't even see him cause he sat down the whole time, unless you were in front or the back platform right next to the PA where you have to cover your ears.

Judging from Macca's pics on the link, unless you were in the first few rows, you did not get to see much, eh? But at least you got to hear him shred.

well, the Swee Lee staff was pretty horrible - as usual. It was not my first unpleasant experience with them (unfortunately) and this clinic was my worst experience with the staff, who were a little more than thugs. Didn't even know how to dress properly. Female staff was wearing a g-string and showing it off like nobody's business. Now I see why so many people hate Swee Lee. Bad staff is the keyword and the nice staff they have always seem temporary.

As for Zakk, he was pretty much just shredding. Yes shredding's cool - for sometime before you get bored. Being a good player doesn't mean he/she can hold a good clinic - just like how being a good guitar player doesn't mean you make a brilliant guitar teacher. Sound was pretty bad too. Didn't enjoy myself with all these combined factors.

oh who was in the g-string? damn i missed that one.

anyway, this wasn't meant to be a clinic. more of a store visit/meet n greet kinda thing, which is probably why he just sat down and played a bit of guitar and then talked and signed autographs.

the white chick selling straps was really cute, i would have bought one if it came with her number :)

FREAKING FAST!!!!

No they were not.

Swee Lee staff were being assholes. The Gus G haters also pissed me off. So happens I'm a huge fan of Kostas Karamitroudis.

I feel bad about lashing out at the white chick there though, she was trying to sell the guitar straps and shit, and I said "I'm heading out" as I was approach, getting some laughter from around.

Nice to meet ZW and during the Q&A, holy cow, who is that guy who said that ZW sound like Ozzy?

yea, and it was hiliarious how he didn't understand the malay guy asking about passion and feel, and Zakk started talking about his EMG pickups. LOL.

Hey guys n gals,

First of all we shud thanks all those parties like swee lee, soft forum people and etc for making known of Zack Wylde meet the fan and guitar demo session.

How many times, do we as fan have the chance to meet-up with our guitar idol/hero/etc face to face, stand beside them taking photos (not even in their concert) and hearing them play live in the same room makes me feel like in seven heaven.

About ZW, he is a people fan person. Wow! Wooo! Wuuu! The only word to describe when taking photos with him, then getting his autographs and not to mention those signature on the gibby and epi straps which u gotta buy.

On lighter note, Swee lee though a bit harsh, they still did a good job for the crowd control and photo taking. Just a suggestion, they should have given those attending q-ticket based on the registration date.

Anyway, thumbs-up for the event.

Haha!

rmb the group of guys on the right side of the room, kept on shouting?

like:
"where's the Dj" or smething like tt.

the thing i HATE the most, is that they do not allow photos or videos taken.

and, i only could not even see zakk shreddin.

he should actually stand up and shred as he's on stage, and everyone could see.

have any of you been told by the staff walking arnd to keep yr camera?

the staff actually pushed me hard. and ask me to keep.

but that's wad to get when you see a guitar legend close in person.

btw,
does anyone knw the guy sitting on the cabinet at the back? (left-back)

when me and my frend were walking out frm the room to the autograph booth, he was "Hitting" the white girl(staff)

HAHA!
