By the way, me & my band Retro Groove will be doing the closing set at the "GRIN" gig at NP on 24 May (next Sat night) - hope all U vox who came tonite (and also those who didnt) can attend this event. Check Wanda Foo's Grin thread for more details!



Retero Groove plays the final "dance set" at 915pm or so .....

Woohoo! Great hangout it was! Now the famous Sage has been unveiled to soft mwahahah

Heard many good vocals during the session - fgl with his powerful yet subtle singing, tetra with his super rock harmony, hecker and ari with their rocker style, sage with her well controlled melodies, shawn with his rnb singing. chris and andy who were seemingly competing to see who can hit the highest note and last but not least - grace the subwoofer, who packed so much oomph in her voice!

I've thought about it, and I think I'm gonna take a raincheck from future vocal hangouts.

I really really stressed that I didn't want my pics taken but I'm sure it'll just be a downer if I'm not part of the whole group photo. I guess the only way to rectify it is if I don't turn up at all.

It was really REALLY nice meeting you guys and the aspiring singers :} I wish you all the best in your vocal practices and I really enjoyed the company and wished there was another way to hang out without having to meet you guys and have my picture taken, so I'll have to just stick to the forums for now, k?
