Things that happen in a jamming studio ...

Today I eat chicken rice with drumstick. It was very nice. I bought a snare from the coffee shop. And bought bread from the bakery and use jam from the jamming studio. It was also very nice.

If this is some kinda joke, it's lame. If it's a hidden message kinda thing, I caught no ball. hahha

mmm on cancellation. It happens sometimes that its really last minute a band can;t jam. say when someone has sth important that suddenly comes up.

oh.

Embarrassing moment. Me and my bandmates started screaming when we saw a cockroach on the wall... er yeah. It was extremely huge I remembered.

:)Funny thing happen once

was my first time jamming with my old band

my guitarist say he saw something
then he faint..
k.o for like 15 minutes or so

reason:
He saw a lady in white standy outside the window.
it was dark and we the only band there

I can only say your drummer only knows how to play in ONE way - and that's loud.

And he beats the hell like a gorilla. Drummers should have a good sense of dynamics and breaking sticks per session really sounds like gorilla-bashing to me, no offence. I'm not saying all drummers but like Schtauffen, I'm really turned off by cracked cymbals or some weird hi-hat (they used to substitute as crash cymbal) so I usually bring my own.

I think honestly drums is one of the most needed to look-after instruments in the jamming studio. If I ran my own studio, I'll definitely check on who's playing the drums and who are the ones abusing them. Ban them from studio!

I was in Seng Chye studio off Thomson Road (I think it's Casuarina Road) in the 90s and the wiring was so bad, we could hear the guitars from the band next door coming clearly through our amps!

Power! Great idea.. But must go studios with no glass openings at their doors or that the doors can actually be locked...
