yes marco.. faster come back then! was thinking between the kotzen strat and tele.. in the end the curves of the tele swept me over!

its a chopper T at the Bridge and a Twang King at the neck, honestly havent had much experience with other teles to make a decent comparison, but in my humble opinion, the twang's definitely there bro.
 
hey can i ask you guys. like whats the biggest difference between MIM and MIA fender teles? and does any of you have any idea where i can get a fender telecaster thats in candy apple or chrome red finish with maple fingerboard?

REVIVE THREAD TIME!!!

I dunno why, suddenly I'm having Tele-ddiction... Must be that anime "Becks, Mongolian Chop Squad" that my friend convinced me in to watching... After playing so much rock and metal, I'm currently thinking / eyeing the '52 Fender Tele... sniff... so ex...

Walked around Bras Bersah and all, found that Tele in general are quite limited (as compared to strat, then again, duh...), anyone have any recommendations as to where to find those beauties you all have on this thread?
 
hey jem, is there a vol drop switching from the SDs to the neck pup?

Nice axe by the way. Been looking for something like that too.
 
arsegras: there's a slight vol drop only cos the neck pickup's set pretty high...according to the owner it was setup by a professional tech in Nashville..got me excited for nothing..the setup was horrible , intonation all over the place and buzzing in certain places..better to trust yourself haha..

Godspeed: not true for most chrome tele neck pickups..this one's a true single coil..and if what the catalogue says is true, all these come stock with duncans..i only know the bridge is an SD custom..the custom according to the SD website measure around 14k i think..the neck's prob around 8k..
 
oh arsegras bro, forgot to add..there was one pretty similar to mine on ebay..start price 375usd..lone and winning bid: 375..was real tempted but it's too similar to mine..that's an insane price for a late 80's/early 90's vintage plus T..haha..
 
hi tele gurus,
cant get enough, keep coming back here again & again
ive an old squier by fender tele, thinking of changing color..
advice which is better option? get it painted or get another color body
