lakland.mp3 - 1.46MB

short simple sample... I can't remember which setting was for which slap/fingerstyle and I'm still jetlagged and my fingernails aren't cut so my harmonics are a bit off but...you get an idea :P

Bass -> Boss BD-2, Gain 0/10, Tone 5/10, Volume 5/10 -> Yamaha F-20B, flat EQ -> Headphone out to laptop. I should probably mention that any distortion you hear is coming from the laptop.. BD-2 is just to warm up the tone a bit. the laptop input level tolerances aren't that great :(

Random stuff 1: audio 3.mp3 - 3.99MB
Random stuff 2: audio 4.mp3 - 0.45MB

fingerstyle.mp3 - 1.32MB
slapstyle.mp3 - 1.62MB

EQ flat for all:

1: Both pickups on
2: Both pickups on, MM bridge coil
3: Both pickups on, MM neck coil
4: MM pickup
5: Jazz pickup
6: (fingerstyle only) Both pickups on, bridge MM coil, 40% J pup, 60% MM pup

Signal path:

Bass -> $5 RadioShack 1/4" to 1/8" cable -> Laptop with Audacity running. I don't know why I bothered with the effects earlier; I realised the output from the headphone out probably wasn't that great :/

1993 Fender precision plus

oh, it is a copy of SR5. but the MM3 is short of one knob control, it only has: volume (poles nearer to neck); volume(poles closer to brigde); tone(treble).
