So... Today me and my friend went to the National Indoor Stadium... At KALLANG (I live at Bishan and he lives at SengKang). Took a 45 min train ride, braved the stormy weather, walked the winding, dwindling road in the rain expecting to get back the $EIGHTY-EIGHT we paid for our STUDENT tickets which don't take because the gig's now an over 18 gig cause they are holding it at DXO (for whatever reason they can throw at us that's not the point). To find out the organisers haven't confirmed that the tickets could be refunded yet and we have to come BACK again once they have it confirmed, taking a 45 min train ride, braving the stormy weather, walk the winding dwindling road in the rain to get back our refund. WHY.... Why announce that there can be refunds made when they can't even be made yet?? This is not professional at all... It's as though toddlers are being made to organize this "event".

Well at first i laughed to the idea of having TASTE OF CHAOS at our very own club, DXO. I mean dont LAMC have the initiative to think that it is too small of a place for the two international acts? Its like all they care is making money, they dont seem to care how much these kids wanna see their idols and pay near a hundred to watch em.
and, cmon why not for kids below 18?? i mean hey, even thou its a club, but we're not gonna be there to club and party!! im a 19 yr old and i am really not happy with the idea of no entry of kids below 18 for this gig. its soo effing unfair.
really LAMC, the best thing to make up for it is to at least lift the underage band.

the age limit of under 18 into clubs and nighthouses should be lifted..
this is for the sake of the organizers having more crowd into the shows.
This age limit suck balls when i can't watch lifehouse at st james powerhouse.
We come there to enjoy the music and support the band not to get drunk!

from 4 bands down to 2 bands and now fort canning to DXO, what the hell is that??? this change that change price never change, yaya still got under age cant attend. i think tmr dress code change must wear TIE no jean no street wear even lady must dress up stupie. at 1st i tok this will be concert of the year and now ..... i just to say is LAMC has junk up the show, i guess those ppl going to refund their $$$ at indoor coming nov 8th take the $$$ go watch beyond haha ( if u r chinese) i agreet that LAMC did alot good show but this time they make a big big mistake for the venue n stupie rule.

Seriously, SOMETHING has to be lovelovelovelovelovelovelove done. 95 bucks for 2 bands. DXO. HOOBASTANK ISNT EVEN AS EXPENSIVE. I first lovelovelovelovelovelovelove saw hoobastank at the Hard Rock Cafe back in 2003 and that was TWENTY TWO DOLLARDS. When they got big after the reason came out, it was what, their gig at sentosa which was what like 60-70 bucks ?
And that's HOOBASTANK HELLO.
I saw DAUGHTRY for FREE at St James, god. How can LAMC self appoint this monopolizing position!
And that bullshit about those two guys (man i feel your pain) about WANTING to refund their tickets due to the GAY ASS AGE LIMIT because LAMC CHOSE it to be at DXO. God damn, GET OPINIONS FIRST BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS.
On top of that, ALOT OF PEOPLE, like the guys in NS, who don't have the liberty of getting updated with the gig status, or GETTING REFUNDS, some think the gig's still at Fort Canning.
Seriously, they should Lower the ticket prices, hold it in ANOTHER venue of NO RESTRICTIONS, and yes maybe downscaled in size. Like the Arts House, or probably NOT A CLUB because it's gonna be on a Saturday Night which is the main cause for the high expense here because of the Clubs reasoning of not being able to get customers even though that club may not even have much patrons AT ALL.
Whatever it is, something has to be done, because all the fans here seem to HATE THIS SITUATION. Its unbelievable, and it's nearly unexpectable. But it seems they're prepared to accept consequences by going ahead with the no under 18 thing.
Guys, express your thoughts, and gain as much attention as you can from this forum. It might do something. There's still 3 more days. The age limit ban might be lifted if more than enough people MAKE NOISE ABOUT IT
