Whats the use of it? I heard that it can be used to set the delay time setting of a particular song..I`m using a digitech delay pedal, tried the tap tempo but it seems kinda useless or maybe I dunno how to use it...any tips?

its a Digitech DigiDelay i guess? the metallic grey one?
well, u have to press the pedal for 2-5secs. u will see the indicator light start to blink. then u just need to tap to the appropriate tempo. (the light will blink to the tempo of the repeats.) to get out of the tap-tempo, press the pedal 2-5secs again until the indicator light stops blinking.

p.s. if anyone have a Boss DD5 Digital Delay, it works the same way too!
