in time like this, maybe it wont feel scary anymore, coz human mind work in funny way of challenging challenge by over countering it sometime, the effect might not be as great, even though it shud have some effect.

i like the clips in heard on the band you posted. The atmostsphere they have created is rather nice. Kinda make me think that someone shud do a project on capturing the sound of actua religious ritual, like during the chinese lunar 7th month, some actual funeral procession(various races and religion), take the sound from there, use it as a basic tone of the project, electronically maniupulate those clips, create a melody from those sound, layer over it plus adding some extra sound from instrument in background as minimal compliment.

Will it work on affecting the mood and mind of average listener with the above? Care must be taken, not to reveal the concept behind it, before the person get to listen..

i just listened to the song on youtube. lol the beginning sounds like a very common orchestral arranged piece. or maybe that could be due to my 11 years of concert band training. when the vocals came in, it was a little scary at first... probably due to the way he sang it. hahah but after a while, it's just... so why did so many people kill themselves? weird. =/

anyway abt the song and the suicides it apparently brought about, i really think it's the power of suggestions.. never underestimate what suggestions/expectations have on us
