No attendance taken but you will be needed to attend CCA meetings and events. Another thing is if your band is unprepared for a show in the campus and you didn't perform well, you'd get kicked out. Simple right? And it's own time on target kinda CCA, nobody will be dogging you down.
You need to keep the studio in working order though, you spoil it, your free jamming time will be taken up by maintenance that can stretch up to two months. So yeah, if you're given an allocated time on a certain day, that's your day, you can't change, so think properly before you choose a date.

Each week your band is given a time slot to jam in the school's studio. Currently it is 3 hours per week but there might be some changes ahead. We have internal performances for the student body, and to qualify for a spot we usually hold evaluations, which is basically an audition where the bands play in front of the other bands to show your progress and the judges are all the members of Music Vox. The bands with the highest ratings are given priority to perform for that event.
There's no attendance taking, because all the bands are required to have their self-discipline to constantly improve their music. If you are under performing then of course we would know during the evaluations and you will miss the chances of performing on stage. If your band is stagnant then you might be asked to leave the CCA.
For the auditions, aside from your skills, we would like to see professionalism and chemistry. Original works are encouraged, but make sure they are not sloppy.

I'm from TP too! Hamtaro, I didn't know you enter TP also! I'm in year two RMT. Business.
I heard from my bandmates that we might be performing this friday on CCN day. Do drop by and say hi. But don't expect anything good because we didn't jam for months and we still don't know what songs we're playing.

damn i didn't see this thread. Year 1 in IIT school, managed to get into music vox with a band named 'Lee and The Band'.

Am Wanda, Vocalist/Keyboardist/Guitarist, RMT 2008 graduate (saying this feels sooo shiok.. grraaaa duuu aaate). Didn't know I had juniors who did rock music either.. eep...
