SOFT Christmas compilation CD

Anyone interested to contribute music if we have a SOFT Christmas compilation CD - compilation of Christmas songs. We can get it ready by Christmas. It doesn't have to be professionally done or recorded. We can do it and then put it up for free download or something like that. The main thing is that we should not have a repeat of songs.

No need originals. Many Christmas songs are public domain anyway. Let's do it as a fun thing. Doesn't matter what type of genre or style - rock or jazz or "dreamy" or big band or whatever. But must be Christmas.

It can be offered free online. If people wants to get the CD, then they only pay for the price of the CD - main thing not to make a profit but for SOFT members to show their talents in the spirit of Christmas. But then if CD is too troublesome, we can just let it go for free download. Each person record their songs themselves - no need to get pro studio to do it, unless they want to.

Hey guys,

Here's a suggestion. Would anyone interested in this Christmas song project mind contributing their songs to the Small Fry Podcast as well? I'm thinking of doing something a little different for Christmas, so it'd be great to put up any original or non-copyright-violating covers by local musicians...

And if it's reallly going to be compiled as a CD, heck, I'll even do a promo on the show as well...
