Yeah the Nords are in their own league. The Genelecs ... don't really like them myself ... prefer Mackies HR824s ...

A friend of mine is selling off some acoustic foam. I'll just quote him.
75" by 42" unused Acoustic Foam. Got a lot to clear. $60 per sheet or $400 for sets of 8pcs.

Bro i have the same idea to set up something similar like yours. But i notice yours isnt sound proof. No problem?
Mine is more of a jam studio than a recording one. Not quite enough mics and mixer channels.
Disclaimer: The scale of some of the stuff in the photos looks odd because I was using an ultra-wide angle lens.
