She's DONE! (Recording done!)

I think you should go for the USACG parts but it would be wise to ask the staff there to help check for you if the parts fit well.

huh? what do you mean USACG parts? you mean the hardware?

the parts that I'm using are pretty standard and its in their list.

Only thing thats different is the Neutrik locking socket for the output and I've send them the panel cutout diagram already.

thought no side dots either. phew have. whats wrong with inlays, what if ur inlay is mother of pearl sia. MOTHER of PEARL

Yeap, it is... the pickup is a screamer.. lots of harmonics and very clear sounding... Stan does a good job.

The tone of the guitar is interesting... its not a big fat tone but instead, I have a very clear tone with a good low end. The mids aren't as congested as my saber and chords ring out very nicely. The low end is a nice thud. Need more time with it though... the electronics might be swapped around... maybe I'll get a Gibson 300k long shaft, I hate the CTS pot - the feel and taper totally off.

Penta, the Ibanez is in a case already. The Ibanez is definately MUCH easier to play... higher output pups and the slimmer neck but this new baby has a lot more to say, more character. I regret ordering a compound 10 - 16 inch neck, I should have taken a straight 10" radius...

Well, more pics along the way... bringing her to a jam now... lets see...

try 250k pots cos the 500k might be a little too hot and bright in conjunction with the singles in the neck and mid. haha ull get used to it la. when i first got my suhr i struggled to play it like i did my prs, now i cant play my prs anymore and my suhr feels just like home.
