Recommend a new tube amp!

You might wanna get a good thrash metal tone 1st. Maybe something British voiced at lower wattage then tighten it up with a tubescreamer or something. Also Friedman does a lot of his solos with his bridge pickup which is a Seymour Duncan JB. Might wanna take that into consideration as well.

The ENGL is brit voiced... I can't think of anything else which is low gain, 2 channels and worth the money... and I have a zendrive clone, will that work?
