Bro, be realistic That is all I am asking. Even if it is an Epiphone Flying V or LTD M-50, they can give u gre8 sound too if u know how to tweak them.

Besides, u want brand new 1st hand stuff & u got $1k dough to spare, those stuffs u want can easily go up to a few thousand.

im saving money 2 invest on a dean ml with fr. ive tried it at music theme and its amazing! really great sustain! i hope its still there. still nd a few hundred. AARGH!!

Currently I'm investing on a Dean guitar cos I'm a Metal/Rock fan....well...Bullet For My Valentine to be exact...
1) Does Dean guitars sound like those that BFMV use?
2) If so, what model should i get to get those "metallic" sound and roughly how much do they cost?
3) Does Dean guitars sound more rock/metallic by default? compared to other guitars...

Firstly, BFMV doesnt use Dean guitars. they're all guitars bro: ) same 6 strings wooden crap.
Different pickups vary on GAIN and clarity, but they are all the same.

you mean as in tone or playing or what?if tone.maybe.playing,no way.guitar,hell no.BFMV uses 6 strings.the crusade has a couple of songs on 7 strings.actually the crusade tone is a little bit like metallica.you want a best metal tone.check Killswitch Engage.pure metalcore class.

true, but i mean trivium sounded more like the transition of metallica between MoP and st. anger rather than striving to be just MoP era. cos i gave the crusade a listen. their instrumental was quite a shameful attempt cos it sounded more like a random mix of riffs that they came up with instead of a masterpiece (like Orion) that they might have wanted to write. no offence, i very much preferred the time when matt heafy could still scream. haha. his growling cmi. HOWEVER. i respect their cover of Master of Puppets. damn, that was high energy.

dude almost ever trivium fan out there wants heafy to do the screaming again.the crusade(the song)has too many repeated riffs.but full marks to the riff that had some incredible tapping technique.well lets just say the crusade sux and ascendancy kicks the crusade in the balls.

hahaha i see very few trivium fans actually thinking same way as we do. ascendancy was a great thrash-core album, but personally crusade is a lame attempt at going thrash.

there are who doesn't want heafy to scream?get them to listen to A7X then.trivium will be sell-out if they continue this new style hich is bad.the crusade had some songs with screaming.i think becoming the dragon had some.but i think the song is kinda lame.but cool bass solo.and why nobody talks about travis.he is like a machine on drums.haha.lol.
