^ Ibanez Artcore AFS75TDG?

So clever, close call! It's without the T-version.. hehe

eieio : Your old amp damn classic man ! I remember the 'BOSS' sticker which I still have on one of my guitar case as well......somewhere.....i think......:)
I wonder if BOSS still give away stickers with their new pedals?

The red semi-hollow look really sexy. What is that?

Ricfreak, just an entry level AF 75..
And it'll transform into Straycats Strut: one day! hehe

If I can recall, we can just ask for free decals..
Then go jamming but no distortion pedal can "rent" like $1-$2 right?
Boss sticker on guitar case was the in thing, upon close inspection of the amp:
Inside stock Fender speaker, here are some close up shots that I took.. just for you.

btw guys I'm on the planning stage of my guitar project. I've been digging around for information. apparently, we can't bring in Brazilian Rosewood therefore I'm considering Honduras Rosewood as an alternative. The question here now is, where can I order quality fingerboard materials? also, my specs might be a little customised cos it's for an Ibanez 7 string guitar neck. any recommendations?

to my knowledge we cant ship unworked brazilian rosewood but if someone were to put frets on a braz board and ship it to you....

hmm I don't mind trying out but the problem is, braz rw is pretty expensive and for it to get confiscated would be really tough on the pocket. any one tried bringing in before? anyway, my alternative to braz is honduras so I guess my only concern now is finding a good supplier.

Warmoth Neck Woods said:
Brazilian Rosewood(Dalbergia Nigra) is a controlled export product under the CITES treaty and Warmoth Guitar Products, Inc. is unable to ship outside the USA.

Stupid character limit.

I've came across a few raw wood slab sellers on evil bay..
This restriction take into affect any kind of rosewood from Brazil?
By the way how many types of different Brazilian rosewoods are there?

Thats strange, the restriction should only apply to "unworked" braz...otherwise gibson and PRS wont be able to offer braz-fb guitars outside of US.

bro, ebay is your friend, i came across some online merchants that supply exotic woods in small batches but dont have the link now. im a believer in braz boards btw not only for the looks but the tone esp in acoustic guitars

Apologies on behalf of PGOTM for the vote delay.
I was informed that only TS can start the poll option.
Please stay tuned, will be updated as soon as CEO is back.

Thank you!

:p

I have an idea.

I have a friend residing in USA at the moment. can get him to ship over to me.

Since Brazilian RW looks like cocobolo, why don't I just declare it as cocobolo since I don't think the customs there would spend 10 minutes scrutinising that piece of wood. What do you guys think?

Wow, what an awesome way to get your friend into hot soup. If he declares the wood as something it is not (which already is a charge on its own for false declaration) and gets caught by the authorities, he will probably be charged with attempting to smuggle protected woods (another charge for violation of the CITES Treaty) out of the country. And who knows? You will probably get indicted as well since you are the recipient and maybe as a co-conspirator too.

Worth the risk of the customs not checking? You get the wood here unmolested, good for you. You get caught, you lose big time.
