Left sweelee with what I can term as, disappointing.
Was looking forward to getting a signature RC strat there. And to my delight, there really was one there! Unfortunately, the cover on the pickup selector was missing and it didn't sport the shade I like. But the tone more than made up for it. However, here comes the howler - the nut was damaged. The 6th string was sitting on its own near the chipped nut. -_-
Putting a product with defect on display literally killed my enthusiasm. I mean, even if it's a sales item, I just don't think it's correct to put out an inferior commodity.
In the end, I picked up some cables as consolation. To my horror, the quoted price on the cardboard box and price tag was well, misquoted. The cashier asked for a price above that on display. If this isn't a case of misleading the consumer, I don't know what is. I mean, you should honour the price u put out. And if it's a genuine mistake, admit it and apologise to the customer and offer an arbitration of sorts to the customer. Well, what I was offered was a take-it-or-leave it parting shot. I left empty handed.
Really hope to see improvements... surely they can do better than that right? After all they are the largest in Sg...
