haha.. i prob can save up enough by next yr plus the fact tt im getting myself employed every holiday but i guess dats the downside of being a musician: we need more cash or GAS will kill us slowly. ahaha.

i've played the 112/ 312/ 412.

the 312 (discontinued) is one up against the 112 in terms of feel. it also sports a transparent finish so the wood grains here makes the guitar more visually pleasing. the pickups are also a little better sounding, more bass & lesser midrange, despite being Yamaha's generic models.

the 412 is the current model which supersedes the 312. having played it recently, i feel that there's improvement in terms of feel. despite being very good starters, the 112 feels synthetic to the touch, if you are in the market for a Yamaha Pacifica, you'd do well to save a little more & get the 412 instead.

oh gosh.. yeah 412.. nice.. i like the grains on the body.. hot!

tany: hahaha.. oh so it's a dog? all this while i thought it's some kind of hamster or what. hahahaha.

Hmm.. i tried another yamaha model.. very similar to 112J.. but i prefer 112J's neck.. very smooth. but the pickups seems like it's goanna fall of anytime, haha but yeah it sound great.

Thanks, haha. It's a creamy white pearl finish. Very nice color, matches the full black neck. I changed the pickups to seymour duncan Hotstacks, the type that Duff uses too. :)
