Lifehouse,

That is one sweeeet guitar! Just curious, did you get this guitar from Guitar 77 in Peninsula Plaza? I distinctly remember seeing the exact same guitar there, and I actually got to try it out. Suffice it to say that I was just blown away with the playability of the neck! Would sincerely appreciate it if you could post a concise review of this guitar. I'm primarily interested in the tone you get from the pickups (US Masters claims that the pickups are quite versatile on this guitar). Thanks bud.

Hi jdawg, I got it at Guitar 77. There was 2 piece left, my blue one and another one in natural. I have to agree with you that the neck is extremely playable, the fret access is superior to most other singlecut guitars. In fact, it's a much better design than my Nitefly or my 61' SG Reissue (21st fret neck joint). Tone-wise, very versatile for a Tele that is.

I'll try to post a mini review at the Gear News corner. :smt001

Newbie: thanks! just checking, because in 2003, prior to the discontinuation of the Edge/ Lo-pro Edge vibrato, Ibanez installed majority of the models with the Edge version, leaving only special models to accomodate the Lo-Pro.

So yeah new year n new photos, my updated rig. My gibbie LP studio is sold, ill definitely miss it down the years but i need to move on (not enuff moolah hahaha). So its down to these two babies, one for the different path where my muse takes me.
Both of em.

Both of em are very recent acquisition. N i hope it only stays only the two of em. No more no less. (I fear GAS attack)
N no am looking for decent amp for the guitar n the bass.

I'm looking at the THD seriously, but haven't had a chance to try it out. .

I recorded a MPEG video of a demo I did of a THD Univalve that one of our forumites, Damo, ordered. I'll let you know once its ready so that you can check it out.

Newbie: the Lo-pro locks the strings immediately after the saddle, yours (the Edge) locks the strings right at the end of the unit (near the body). refer to my 7-string pic (the one with Sponge BOB), that's a Lo-Pro in there.

JM: if it's a common link it'll be better- i would wanna see/ hear that too 8)

Hey JM, thanks for the help. Do you have a price list of current THD products as well as evidence cables. Do PM me thanks.
