Here's my reversed headstock partscaster strat...purchased from and assembled by Encik Beez. I've been using it for half a year. I don't really name my gear. But since you guys are doing it, maybe I shall name her
Kitty, coz of the sticker...haha!
Ultra smooth killer neck that fits my hand perfectly.
Selected parts and specs...
Alder body - harvested from an MIJ Fender somewhere
Lefty maple neck with dark rosewood board (12" radius) - from AllParts
Callaham steel bridge and block
KTS titanium saddles
Grover tuners (long posts)
Bone nut
Graphtech string trees
Bare Knuckles Apache pickups
RS Electronics vintage kit, Jensen paper-in-oil cap
Switchcraft 5-way switch and input jack
3-ply pickguard (mintgreen)
This strat may look plain jane, but to me it's already a keeper. Its tone and playability won me over. I've previously owned 3 Fender strats (MIA & MIJ) and a Suhr, but this Kitty beats them all. Yep, this is truly a partscaster appreciation thread.
