Hmmmm... the tone sounds quite stiff (personal taste) and seems to lack just a BIT of clarity, BUT, it is very punchy.

There's some practicing going on there I hear... some mistakes but nothing Pro Tools wouldn't cure - minor MINOR out of tune-ness/timing issues.

I feel that this sounds better than the original in a way... The sound seems to be cleaner in technique?

Maybe you can also experiment a bit with the tone... say for example... raising the treble. Will be interesting to see how it turns out.

Overall well done. How about adding your vocals as a final touch lol... Cheers. =)
