Need help purchasing guitar amp

Hi there softies,
I need help looking for a reliable/good enough home amp.
I would need it to be small and cheap.
A low watt tube or solid state combo, as im gonna be staying with my in laws, so i have to be considerate.
I dont need reverb or any mods. Just EQ will do. Dirt is also not a requirement.
A clean amp will do.

Any suggestions for used or new?
Under $200 would be good.

Are there any sales coming up?

This one's a no-frills, great low wattage amp to own- I'm getting one at year end (Vox AC4C1)

If you're looking for tube, go for what mod Subversion has mentioned.

The Ibanez is spectacular sounding, although the reverb could do better, you can't really complain for that bang for buck you're getting.
