had noticed that my guitar neck is slightly bend inwards at the 1st few frets. very slight bend.... had read that a slight bend is ok, better than a fully straight neck?! its not affecting my playing in anyway btw...is this something serious to worry about?

Is there any fret buzz? Dead-straight necks are most suited for players who has a soft touch. Think shredding.

A slight relief is actually more accommadating. Strings vibrates ecliptically, this slight relief diminishes the chances of fret-buzz for hard-strummer, heavy pickers.

If it plays well (comfortable) without very obvious fret-buzz, then it's good to go. Sometimes, we tend to fret too much over the small things. (:

The neck should actually bow inwards slightly as some relief is needed.

As Phil stated, to prevent the string from buzzing against adjacent frets.

agree, slight relief is good. if the neck is too straight then fret buzz can be a problem.
if it doesnt affect your playing, then I think i'd leave it
