The possible thing that might happen is that he will return and put bombs on himself and set it off in a densely populated area here. Example, orchard road, mrt & etc...Suicide bombing may be his next motive as he has nth to lose....

If he's the leader of the terrorist cell in Singapore, he should be the one overseeing the planning of the operations and plans to create destruction.
Everybody's already witnessed the result of his excellent planning skills, this daring escape of his, from a high security detention centre.
If anyone knows even a little bit of the background of these Islamic extremists and terrorists, you'd know that these people are not the garden variety criminal who steals or create havoc on a small scale, or to just pilfer stuff for their own benefits.
These are highly educated, highly motivated people with minds brainwashed by militant leaders with huge political agendas. People who make use of lame excuses like religion to fuel their greed.
Yes, some do interpret the Quran in VERY wrong ways, such that it has resulted the whole non-Islamic world community to slam Islam as a destructive religion out to spread hate and violence.
There is NOTHING religious about killing thousands of innocent people, including people of your own colour and beliefs. Yes, there were Muslims in the two towers of the World Trade Centre.
Partly, these mad suicide bombers are part of a large scale, ongoing operation by terrorists in the Middle East, against the Western world. You can actually compare them to those Japanese kamikaze pilots who sacrificed their lives diving into those US frigates and warships.
To the kamikaze pilots and suicide bombers, they are doing the 'right thing' and helping their countries and their religious leaders achieve their goals and win their wars but to those who ordered those commands - the poor sods are just part of the operation to constantly terrorise and destroy. It's all part of a military strategy.
So, yes. This Mas Scofield is indeed a strategist and we should NOT underestimate the things he can possibly do.
He may not get his hands on a bomb, however small, so fast IF he is still in Singapore but give him time, he and his cronies MAY just execute something that will dramatically change my life and yours.
Let's not make this a Malay/Chinese/Indian Muslim against the rest of Singapore. The non-Muslim community.
Let's make it a Malay/Chinese/Indian/Eurasian/Sikh/Caucasian Singaporeans against a group of crazy terrorists who mean business.

singapore MUST not be bombed because of islam extremism. Not only would that ruin singapore's amazing growth over the past couple of years, lower our credibility as a nation safe from terrorists (like the bahamas) but to me the most important: It will deal a HUGE blow to our multiracial culture.

Man, that's just like saying to God "Please do not send an asteroid in a collision course to earth, sir. We have achieved so much as a human race."
I feel these things can't be controlled sometimes.
Just look at the US, London, Madrid, Bali etc.
They have suffered in the hands of these terrorists, despite their military might and their superior economies and leaders.
Extremism and the decision to destroy and kill innocents are at the hands of these crazy terrorists, who are bent at achieving whatever they want to achieve. Be it an Islamic world or whatever.
If we keep showing them a weak and shaky foundation as a nation and people, they have already won half the war.
We CANNOT let them think we are adjusting our lifestyles, and constantly living in fear, to suit their warped agendas.

As I said, the interpretations of these Islamic extremists differ from what the rest of the moderate Islamic global community believe in.
Don't forget too that their rage and hatred are fuelled by political agendas.
It is no business of the rest of the rest of the global Muslim community if these terrorists decide to carry out mass murders to 'protect their ancestors' land' and to protect the strategic resources ie. the oil etc.
And there's still such a thing as cultural differences which affect how a community which believe in the same religion in various different parts of the world think.
Some of them are still stuck in a backward world that seem so barbaric to us.
Like in some parts of the Middle East, people still do get hands cut off if they are caught stealing.
It's almost the same as that incident in Singapore recently, whereby a woman from China let her son pee on the floor of an MRT train carriage in full view of others, and letting the puddle of disgusting urine spread all over and dirty the shoes of other commuters. =====> Singapore Seen

hmm.. true. ah. well if we are to be attacked, i just hope and pray that me or my loved ones arent harmed. this kind of thing so frustrating. yet, although im not a sadist in any way, i think it makes life in singapore a little more interesting. and we wont be seeing security slacking off for some time
