I was wondering why they have not shown any CCTV footage of Mas Scofield's Houdini stunt.
Don't tell me they forgot to insert a tape inside the recorder?!

Or perhaps... what they saw on the CCTV can't be shown to the public because it is shocking...
A few frames showing Mas Scofield muttering something to himself, then he started to levitate in the sitting Buddha position and then POOF!!!

Honestly, i don't know whats up with that consipracy theory man. I've heard many conspiracy theories about other stuffs related (i.e. 911 terror attacks) and they seem more reasonable and more believable. But saying that this is all a lie? Its absurd.
Why would Singapore want to jeopardize its hard work in which we let the WORLD know that Singapore is one of the most secure country (Probably only below Switzerland) and had held some of the most important world meetings.
Why would Singapore want to use this to stop future investors from putting money into our IR because of this "story" to let people think that we are united to find a terrorist?
Why would Singapore deploy so many SAF personnels, Commandos, Police, Special Operations Forces, (and some said that some trainings has been halted to search for him but i don't know if this is a fact or fiction though) just to make a "story"?
And why would Singapore want to tarnish its name now, that it's going to be hosting the 2010 Youth Olympics and F1 races?

If you havent been reading my posts then I forgive you. It is merely a joke, but I can come up with a few more reasons why this whole incident wont affect the economy nor the reputation of Singapore (atleast not in a bad way). Perhaps I'll let you in on the secret once this whole thing blows over.
Firstly, he's not convicted of any wrongdoings yet, so he can't be put in jail. He has to go for trials before he can be in jail and I'm amazed he hasn't got himself any trials yet. That's why he was in a detention centre.
If he was in a jail, chances are, he wouldn't even have escaped.
Secondly, as long as the government doesn't disclose full information on how Mas Selamat escaped, people will just conjure something out of the air. But the conspiracy theories can get pretty amusing at times.
