MIDI Creation

Hey guys!
I was just wondering
Do you know of any full / fully functional software I could use to create a midi file? It should allow me to manually key in the notes via the computer, save and export them, with multilayer playback too.

Does Fruity Loops allow for this?

Many software does it: Cubase, Protools, Sonar, Logic, Ableton Live, FL, Garageband, etc etc, depending on which OS you are using and also your budget. Some Notation software also does it - Finale (higher end versions) and Sibelius etc.

There are also open-source, license-free software which you can find by Googling.

i use guitar pro 5 for this function

any basic sequencer can do the job. Guitar pro can do it as well. Some keyboards can do the job too.
