licensed FR at Ranking sports...gd or not?

any 1 tried the economical licensed FR selling at ranking sports? only $48... the saddles are string through though and non locking...though I was thinking if the saddles could be relpaced by the conventional locking type - not bad deal...?

I doubt, seriously doubt, you get quality @ $48.
