On that basis, (i admit is not really my taste lah but!) I would say you got it going nice man.
I guess by now you realised, since you are shredding at such hyper speeds, the backing shouldn't move too much eh? Easier that way right? BUT, when you get really good, try to play over rapid chord changes. Not in the classical style ala Malmsteen, too many have gone there and done that. Try some jazz. Listen to shawn lane...

I think the shredding is excellent, I can hear your passion thru the flurry of notes... but don't forget your vibrato. If there's one thing always critiqued of extreme shredders, its their vibrato (or lack of).
I dunno abt you but 1 think I do find weird, when you shred shred shred, then you stop at a sweet note, do some awesome vibrato, then continue shredding at light speed? Does it feel/sound weird to you? Its like 1 sudden stop. What do you think?
