korg pitchblack tuner

quoting shreddy: "you mean... TUNING?"

yes bro, i mean tuning. Iam trying to conceptualise a soundart mini ensemble of tuning musicians with their state of the art tuners, pedal based, rack based or laptop based.

Basically, there be at least 4 of us, each with our own tuner. The idea of this piece will be a reflection of our state of mind at time of tuning, during the performance, versus the stray/radio frequency in the performance space, freuency within mind of audience and also the humidity in the space around us.

Performers for this piece are encourage to circuit bend/mod/destroy their tuner but maintain the basic function of it, thats, to tune. Instrument is secondary and if anyone is able to use tuner as instrument, that will be great.

Its just in planning stage thou, so how shreddy, interested to join me and make this piece a reality? Bring as many different tuner when we meet, we can have a shoot out of tuner which has the best tone and most suitable for these soundwanking session which i believe not much people have done before.

How?

Depends on what you're looking for. DT-10 has an additional flat tuning mode for flat tunings as well as 2 outputs for muted and normal output, hence slightly different functions. Also, it being a non-true bypass pedal may preferred by some who uses it as main buffer stage for their pedalboards :)

engz: that reply was for shredcow only and he will understand what iam trying to say...

I am flatter oh Pathein O!

Sadly, I cannot join you in this joyous tunerific concerto because I only know how to play geetar the way it has been done thru the centuries!

I humbly decline your invitation but invite me nonetheless to your performance of artsy noise-in-silence and I shall attend!!!

Or how abt makan? Also can!

bro shred, you hurt me real bad. Iam giving up the art of soundart tuning from now onwards and focusing on psp shredding instead!

if you decided to join force with me for psp shredding, let me know.

cheers
