ok then i got you now 8) yup, the GT8 is somehow manifesting a reserved performance. it can handle wicked stuff this one. & then some.

Some questions: Can someone tell me what does tweaking means? And how much does the gt8 cost?
I've been using the korg AX1500... Doesn't really use it to its full potential, cos normally i'll just use the metal or the clean and nothing else. Anyone have any advise to help?

my advice here is kinda deviating from the multi-fx concern- bro i think you are better off with just some pedals than a multi-fx unit (relating from your account).

I was wanting to get the GT-8 initially but it's out of my budget. So i got the korg ax3000g after hearing and seeing so many good reviews and feedbacks on it's sibling ax1500g.
The first thing i notice is the big lcd panel that is brightly lid and easy to read even if you're standing. But it won't be that visible under the sun or bright day. Like it's sibling, it's very user friendly. Starting with effects edit section, the effect category buttons like Pre FX, DRIVE/AMP MODEL, Modulation, Delay and Reverb, the button LED will be lit if an effect is on, blinking while that effect is being edited, or dark if that effect is turn off. Select one the effect you want and move down to the parameter edit section to adjust the parameter of the effect. The LED will lit to indicate the knobs that are currently active.

Pre Effect (11 types):
COMP, PICKUP, ACOUSTIC, VOX WAH, AUTO WAH, U-VIBE/PHASE, CHORUS/FLANGER, OCTAVE, RING MOD, DRONE, SYNTH
DRIVE/AMP MODEL (16 types):
