Hi guys just wanna share my fender project..Plz feeback me ur comment...For the good or bad..i just accept it n need feedback for u awesome guys....

good try but the "relic areas" look too "simulated"

I see it was a sunburst guitar,spray painted white then "relic-ed"?
 
Shouldnt have spots! Looks like it got a disease or something..
The relic'ed areas should be gradual areas of wear..

Tks for the comment ya.. bros'' it's fake relic just for my own design...
For bro FGL...yup..i bought it with the softee here..the body was pain in white.i didnt notice till i send down 3/4 of the back body then i found the sunburst colour...from there i just sand it here and there...so do this call relic?my point here is tat i just kinda wanna do abit of my own way and design....so feel free to text in better words for the guitar and not...for bro FGL PEACE MAN..I DID READ UR THREAT ABOUT THE dye CLOUR AND BLACK OLD ENGLISH OIL IF IM NOT MISTAKEN..U DID A GREAT JOB THERE BRO fgl...COME ON JUST KEEP THE TEXT IN BAD OR GOOD YA...CHEERS GUYS...

erm.. i dunno wad to say.. but i know you still can save this guitar to look more natural..

Tks bro i do appreciates it....SRV ALWASY GONNA BE SRV...there will be no more another SRV right...but anyway i do appreciates ur help and idea guys....i just want it to be me...ratzy..razty..hehehehe...Sorry ya just my opinion...it's just good tat it look ugly and s#cks but when play the guitar.. it shows everything... like wow....tat count i think...again tks guyssss i do really enjoy posting this.....no point if u have a guitar cost $10,000 but end up know only just to play simple A/B/C/D/E etc right?...So dont sell ur talent soul with nice looking guitar..if u play just so n so...as for me im not tat good on my playing..so i think i deserve to have tat kind of disease guitar cos im no 1.hehehe....simple as this.....just be urself ...If artist using tat guitar..for sure ppl gonna grap it...right?heheheh so simple as ABC.....again post more ok...we share here.....
 
dude if you like your own handywork then ok lah.

but relics are done to simulate a worn out guitar. What the rest of the guys here are pointing out is that your relic job on your guitar does not look "real" enough. Don't care about SRV or whoever. Why go thro all the trouble relicing your guitar when you don't wanna make it look real?

I know its a real pain in the ass to sand the paint off but your relic job will look much better if you do some research to it. Your body still can be saved!
 
maybe he's not trying to get it to look reliced, maybe he just wants that diy sanded look. bro most impt is, do YOU like it. haha.

no la.. i post e pic because i tot it would give u some good example of how a guitar should really wear out when being abused. you can create your very own no1. no doubt but you should keep in mind how those wear and tear comes about. not just an any o' how sanding.

Again.. i could be too nosy here :P

Again tks bro n guys for make this thread happen..wooohoooo... i happen to know what the bad things of my works....cos we get good things from mistakes anyway.hehehehehehe....got to kip standing up when falling...right?....hehehehe again tks for all the kind mind sharing games ya.....
 
well the link fgl gave says stevie used to bounce his guitar off the wall.maybe that could help.but your wall will pecah la.
