Joe Satriani Sueing Coldplay over plagiarism

Joe Satriani figures that Coldplay stole his song If I Could Fly for their song Viva La Vida.

I think Chris Martin did it.
But there are many things to consider, including the fact that Viva La Vida was clearly more successful and that Chris Martin has admitted to plagiarism before.
