its not a mixed voice, its an attempted mixed voice thats executed a bit wrongly.
its more of falsetto more than anything else.

How different is mixed voice and head voice by the way? Is mixed voice a strong head voice?

We often hear singers singing a high note with a strong "chesty" voice. Are they pulling chest or are they singing in their mix? Is it possible to hear the difference?
