pants too tight ...thank God i am a 70's child as my dad used loose pants!! 8O

Speaking of tight pants...
Did you hear about this heavy metal band, RAGE, who guitarist, Victor Smolski, had a testicular infection or something, and it burst (with pus) while he was performing?

With tight pants of course.

cool, nothing wrong with tight pants, unless you get turned on by them...
which in that case i'll stay far far far far far away from you :P

Are you dead yet ???

Hi dhalif, i think the hipshot tremsetter is good, my s470 ZR bridge comes default with one, its very good gives alot of tuning stablity......Even when i try bending 5 strings i dont notice the bridge moving and pitch going down unlike most floating bridges.

By far my favourite trem. Just letting you know what i think about it since i use one. Cheers. :D

Ized, what is inside the ZR trem isn't similiar to the Tremsetter, in fact, its not a Tremsetter at all, its called the Zero Point System.

Refer to http://www.ibanez.com/support/manuals/ibz_03_prestige_manual.pdf

Fig. 43. is the diagram of what's inside and how the ZR system works.

The ZR system doesn't lock in one position like the tremsetter, it only provides counter spring pressure so the bridge wouldn't tilt forward, kind of like a reverse Backstop/Arming Adjuster. Makes it harder to dive but doesn't "catch" like the Tremsetter.

Different stuff man. :D

EDIT: forgot emoticon

Read my post.

I did't say u can't.

2ndly, u assumed that im umcomfortable with u.

some ppl just like to make assumptions.

hi shred, but my ibanez manual that comes with my s470 states that the ZR bridge is armed with a Hipshot tremsetter for better tuning stabilty. Well it may be different since its a different bridge, but it still uses the Hipshot.

Uh. I don't see how I would infer otherwise from your post. Really. Maybe you need emoticons to notate otherwise?

well, then from what you are saying, you must be comfortable with me! :D

Thats great! Hehehe...

Does it look like this?

Thats a Tremsetter.

This is the insides of an Ibanez ZR trem, Version 1 (Version 2 is probably your version where it has a thumb wheel in place of the allen key adjuster).

to whom it may concern

read the very 1st post. he asked because he wants it. thats all.
he never ask for opinions.

And so I cannot (obviously refering to me, don't have to be so shy lah! ;)) give my opinions to what might/possibly/probably/may be/ a rash/ill-informed decision?
read my simple english post. i didn't say u cant.

*yawn* This is tiring... but lets go since work's done... put on a good show or something ya?
I know you didn't say I can't say lah.. aiyo, and so to that i said, how else would i infer otherwise?

E.g.
"My friend isn't asking for Evian water"
"So I can't buy him Evian?"
"No, I didn't say you can't..."
"Oh so I can?"
"Now thats assuming, mmm... " which leads to...

Hmmm... how should I try to read you otherwise? Ah... I shaltn't because I wouldn't be able to read you the way you want to be read! :P

A or B?
Its A
Not you're assuming.
Then its B!
Nope, you're still assuming!

Deep deep....

"how else would i infer otherwise?"
why would u want to? thats a different story altogether. irrelevant.

"how should I try to read you otherwise?"
same answer as aboved

hey shred, dosent matter, i recall seeing one of the tremsetter parts in my guitar. and the ibanez manual said mine's armed with a hipshot anyways.

Nvm la, next time you take a look at my axe k? :D

yeah i also saw the online manual u linked, im pretty sure mine is an updated version of that....cos the diagrams in my owner's manual prove otherwise......
