guess im gonna clear up some stuff.
and i believe soft is a friendly,non hostile place.
i asked leecs to bid before asking my parents.and after it waz successful then i told em about it and the price.they took sometime to discuss and consider about it, but they said that what i have now is more than enough.so sorry leecs,im apologetic about this issue.

i am starting to doubt the friendliness and non-hostility that i thought soft is.i know it makes some of you softies sanguine,but ive apologised and at least informed leecs.why are you people so petty about this?

Honestly from the eBay link posted by leecs i knew it was a fake....for those fellow softies who arent sure how to smell a fake eBay listing like the one posted.Move you cursor over the pictures provided by the seller and click....it will link you to another eBay listing which is the original one that cost thousands of US dollar.....i reported some from Yahoo!Aution and eBay over the past years and most coming from China.....

I hate to say this, but I've met leecs. He happens to be a nice guy. Too nice perhaps. And what you did was wrong. Plain and outright wrong. He might get a bad feedback out of this and that won't help his future acquisitions if he decides to buy anything from ebay. Whether or not what he was acquiring, FOR YOU, was fake.
I'd like to think that soft is still a friendly non hostile place. But seriously, do you think what you did was "friendly" and "non hostile"?
I guess, maybe all that you could do is apologize. But unfortunately you still have to accept the repercussions of your actions. So don't complain. There are many, many members on soft. But, in case you haven't realized, there are regulars here who knows each other, not merely by nicks, but in person. And as good friends we stand up for one another.

Wow, you're treating the matter pretty lightly aren't you? I'm not surprised, especially when you think you don't have anything at stake.
You misled someone to step into a binding contract to purchase items for you, when you did not have the ability to follow through with the purchase.
FYI, each bid on ebay "enters you into a binding contract. All bids are active until the auction ends. If you win a listing, you’re obligated to complete the transaction."

It would be possible for leecs to file suit against you for fradulent/negligent misrepresentation.
If you are an adult, the bailiffs could be at your door the very next week to seize your assets which will then be auctioned off in order to pay your creditors. Or, they'll send a court order to daddy and mummy.
The only way you can make this right is to man up and make restitution to leecs.
