IMO, judging from the video i watched on stomp. She really did not react until one of the guys tried to pull her top down with someone in front of her trying to snap a shot of her topless...

Sad to say Singaporeans have this selfish "I mind my own business" mentality. If this incident took place in neighboring countries like Thailand, Indonesia or even rural Malaysia, the locals will form vigilante mobs, hunt down those Bangala perverts, and hang them by their testicles! :twisted:
