Gibson LP Vs PRS standard satin

I've seen the Tokai's before but when I do side by side comparison on their construction and looks, I think the PRS will be a better sounding guitar.

Its flawless and the finishing is much better grade. I could even see my ripened zit on my nose on the PRS, whereas on the Tokai, I only could see a white spot.

My zits know best what is good for me. PRS roxors my soxors!!!

Dude... I was talking cock lah...

and it's r0x0r5 my 50x0r5...

but I still want a PRS!

So do I... but hor, the ONE key reason I've never bought one is mainly because of comfort levels. I dunno why. I can NEVER feel comfortable with an LP-ish guitar. No archtops nor angled set necks for me. I'm most comfortable with flat, straight, bolt-ons. Something about one piece guitars bug me. I'm afraid they warp, and you'll have to throw the damn thing away.

And yes, my guitars have warped before. Dunno how. I lent it to someone, and it comes back warped... yuck.

That Edwards you see in my siggy? was bought for the sake of owning one such guitar. It's hidden in my closet in its case collecting moisture. The only person who plays it is my rhythmist in my band. Damn, he plays it more than I do! Whahaha...

So, back to this main topic, if you ask me which is better, PRS or Gibson, I'd say they both suck... cos I can't ever play one.

but that's me... whahahaha...

actually if I ever ever buy a PRS it'll be a Swamp Ash Special, held one when I was still poor and lusty about gear. Only had fond memories of the sexay neck and the sound was killer.

i always is the knows i sucked at language. you guys pwn... you guys pwn... but I still want a PRS!

I tried a PRS SE One... i think... at davis. Its the one on display, green finish, 2 x P90s...

And i thought it sounded very nice - the acoustic tone was strong and vibrant, plugged into the uh, "toneful" marshall stack, it sounded good too. Well, okay, not THATTTTTTTT vibrant lah but for the price, it was nice.

I want the one with 1 x P90 but Davis wouldn't bring that in...

New ones got the 5-way switch for in-between sounds! Tough call between this and a high-end strat-type, but tempts me everytime. :???:

so i'm not alone here lusting for a Swamp Ash Special....

I hope it'll remain as a dream rather than a reality. I value liquidity now more than ever... :D

I played one once... Heavenly tone... nice tight brightness. But it didn't do it for me... the main problem, again, was the archtop... Didn't like it. And that reverse cutout for the single coil bugs the hell out of me... Almost took it though, since it's a PRS going for $2.6k... but then I heard the Musicmen calling me...
