What are you guy's opinion on the flying V. I personally find it hard to play cos you cant sit with it. Lol.

I dislike Flying V's, Explorers, Firebirds...

I'm a more classic guitar double cutaway person.

Though I MUST admit the Jackson RR5 Rhoads is a beautiful guitar.

Lol. You wont regret it. But do take into consideration your playing style and preferred neck dimensions. Ibanez necks are very thin.

I have played Ibanez S custom for a year. More or less used to it. Haha. Would prefer JS neck though...

you said you wanted easy access on the upper frets like 15th to 24th? (or 22nd) and from what i see, you've got money to spend

then get one of those ibanez neck thru axes

i dunno, im not an ibanez person, but i can tell, from playing an ESP LTD F250 at davis, the neck thru really helps as there is almost no heel at the back to obstruct your playing, makes it very comfortable, compared to a bolt on or conventional set neck (but schecter's set necks are heeless)
