getting rid of inlays?

a re-inlay by a good luthier could possibly cost more than your guitar though. seriously.

Hmm.

One drastic way is to get a luthier to strip off the frets, add a veneer of rosewood and then re-fretting the neck. I honestly see no point in trying to dig out the inlays before filling them up again, because you can still see the outline of the areas being filled up.

Another way is to head on down to your favourite stationery store, get a brown marker and colour away the inlays

just paste a pearloid sticker on it man. Will do the job well. Or better sell the guitar and buy new one. I believe a lot of bros here will appreciate those inlays
