My turn! Vintage Thomas Blug Signature Strat! I really like this strat, the wilki pickups actually sound very good stock, no complains at all! Stays in tune very well esp with some crazy whammy bar action. The 'Bukka' Switch is very useful as well! Adds a dummy coil so that the hum is cancelled. So you end with a tone that leans more towards that HB side, treble is cut a little.

The relic-ing is excellent as well! Not cheesy like certain brands that do relic-ing.

Got at less than half price at guitar workshop! The moment I saw it, I knew that it would be mine hehe. Blug is indeed at excellent player, too bad not many people know about him. I can feel/hear a bit of that Jeff beck vibe from him!

Thanks! I prefer a 60s style strat over any other vintage style strats! But I still like modern strats as well

Happy CNY everyone! Decided to post some pictures of the axes I own, since I haven't done so for any of these guitars before.

2009 Fender American Standard Strat, bought from Brendon from BGW guitars. (No I don't own that Edwards LP anymore)
Mods done:
Changed pickguard from its original SSS to HSS, Stan Hinesley Hellion in the bridge, Dimarzio Area 61 (N) and Dimarzio Area 67 (M). Tuners changed to 'F' logo schaller locking variety. Orange drop caps. This is my most versatile, 'do-it-all' guitar - I've played everything from funk to Firewind on this. My number one.

1990s Les Paul Studio Custom Desert Burst, bought from Ebenex.
Mods done: Tusq Nut, Graphtech saddles, Manlius Fat Diane with custom Alnico2 magnet mod(N) and Hot Rod 59 (B). Swapped out the crappy stock 300k pots to 500k CTS ones. And of course, not forgetting orange drop caps. Weight-relieved at a nice 9.5 pounds. I can't stand les pauls that are too light or chambered as I find they tend to lack that punchy beefiness in the low end and lower mids. Which was the main reason why I sold my Edwards LP- while it was an excellent guitar, and very light- it wasn't what I was looking for in a les paul, tonally.

2005 Taylor 310CE. Bought from Ebenex. What can I say? It sounds better than its more expensive counterparts the 410 and that 710 hanging in the shop- even David agrees with me on this one.

Anything good to recommend guys? Exclude price out of consideration, only consider quality and ease of use on a pedal board.

dont know much. i only know that yamano are especially selected for the japanese market because of either amazing maple top (only for burst) or build quality.
from the looks of your guitar, the pickup rings seem to have the right color.
