Fender Japan Dealers in The SG?

Like i said, tell them what you need first man.

They'll try to bring it in for you.

Check out the Ishibashi Fender Webby to see what's available. 8)

Hehs, how come the ones i saw at g77 dont have the red "crafted in Japan" tag??(Like at musictheme) And i've been wanting to ask, those models that ends with "US", they are MIJ with USA PU's right?

And is the pricing there same as ishibashi? Confirm not!

bro, you don't need to see those red tags to know if they're MIJ. You can always check the guitar itself.

Besides, G77 do have MIAs as well. So maybe those you saw were MIAs. Yea, to be more sure, u can always check the guitar itself, or ask the peeps there.

And as for...

Yes, it would seem so. 8)

For the pricing, it wouldn't be the same of course, since those are in Japanese currency. Converting direct to Singaporean currency would be cheaper in digits. Do remember you have to pay for the shipping cost as well.

Bringing it in yourself would definitely be cheaper, but if you don't wanna go through the hassle, then G77 is a good choice. Though you'll be paying a little bit more.

Haiz, not good with online transactions and such la... But can learn!

 After you buy it, you'll probably put the tag somewhere and forget about it. So makes no difference lah.

In terms of the trade market of musical instruments, i guess it's pretty much the same. :D

technically ... Fender Japans are not supposed to leave Japan ... they were meant for the country itself if i understand correct from the agreement Fender USA had when they set up a factory in Japan ... correct me if i'm wrong, so there are no Fender Japan dealers in Singapore.

Just shipments to individual buyers who happen to be music store owners who happen to buy alot of J-basses and P-basses .. =P

So which music stores carry alot of MIJ P and J basses?

From what i know ... Luther carries them ... Ranking started to bring them in not too long ago .. but honestly ... some people just dunno how to take care of basses .. $2500 Carvins feels like a $500 aria bass ... honestly ...

The thing is, the only basses i EVER played were the ULTRA CRAPPY squiers at the jamming studios (Simei). So how am i supposed to know if im playing a good bass? I guess the play to believe pretty much dosen't apply to me i guess...
