EHX Nano Series problem

Hi all,

Just thought i'd highlight in case some are considering the pedals, don't know if it's been done before.

I got email confirmation from EHX that their Nano Cloneand Nano Muff Overdrivecannot work with a daisy chain. it needs its own power supply. The rest of the Nano pedals will work fine in a daisy chain.

There is no workaround to this issue.

doubt it. they are all the same. think it's just some pecularity with those 2 pedals.

fibredrive, how do you ifnd the tone and sound of the Muff Overdrive? I tried it out at Music Plaza about 2 weeks back and I found it kind of muffled?

current batch definitely no fix liaoz. but ok la, so long as i can use it am fine. i didn't get the muff od only the nano clone, which i really like. hehe. 3notesabar...so you were the guy who bought the pedal! haha. i sms-ed the seller but he told me sold liaoz. wasted, coulda bought it off you. argh. just slow by a day...
am waiting for the pocket metal muff. looking for an OD pedal lah. any recommendations? was thinking the ZW44 but some say too muddy. fulltone too ex for me. but the soundclip super nice. blackstone is also way out of budget la...sighzzz..

I have somemore clips of the Blackstone but its with jony, waiting for him to re-send them back to me.

If I am not wrong, the Bstone is only sold from the maker, Blackstone Appliances. Its now @ USD225. Add USD15 for international shipping.

I bought mine 2nd hand @ USD220 w/shipping.

Very high resale on the bstone.

ok that's how much my 3 other pedals cost me in total. hehe. but am sure its well worth every penny. think will save up for the skreddy or ocd. both about same price. thks!

i heard the same problem from mrmisse

shredcow -> i tested muff overdrive, to my ears it sounds like a treble booster. adds a bit of distortion / dirt to the signal.

it is very different from a big muff or any fuzz.
