anywae, i got a westfield bag.. its abt 700mm long.. breadth & height wise still okie..

im bringing my board to a factory to saw off 200mm off my current board to make the length arnd 600mm to fit the bag..

excess wood = mini pedal board..

Where do u go get ur raw wood btw? i'm in more or less the same dilemma as u, only without the wood...

i got mine from homefix, 800x300x18mm for $16. i tink u can get cheaper @ art friend or wood factory seriously.. somemore dey can saw off for u to the right specs (only thing, need to pay abit of a fee).

im goin to saw mine off cuz the dimension too long for a westfield bag.

Not sure if the wood there is expensive, but u sure can get all the stuffs u need - the latches, hooks, locks etc. if say u wanna DIY ur own pedla board (box).

ikea got precut pine wood of different sizes very suitable for pedal board. smells like pine and soft like pine. weighs a light as pine. its pine!

affordable too. look out for it at the shelf area after the lighting department.
