To hear that he passed away,was like someone lunged a sword to my heart.

We (my band, MOR) got the news via sms during our 1st break, stunned more than anything. He always pops by when Heritage is gigging around the area...
M.O.R. went up for the 2nd set, to announce to our Rockers at House of Rock pub of our friend, Corey's passing. We requested a moment of silence and dedicated the rest of our song selection. covers and originals to him.
Corey, lookout for Jimi up there and jam with the man. Peace.

drummeright: I think he might have known something was coming because Corey kept calling & pestering me these past few weeks to come the club where he was playing. I told him I was too busy & going overseas and all so couldnt make it but me & the guys were planning to pop by for the Heritage reunion thing on sat ngt.
Looks like I didnt even have the chance to say a proper good bye.

It has come to our knowledge that JJ will not be opening its doors, hence, please refrain from turning up. Instead, we will all be at the wake at 5pm today.
