capability of the 1spot adapter

today i got nothing beta to do, i decided to try link up two daisy chains and use only 1 unit (instead of the usual 2) of 1spot adapter to power my 9pedals...

..it works!!! but im wondering about the long term consequences, wil my pedals be fried?

any advise? If its ok, then i will also consider selling of the 1spot.

your pedals wont be fried. If the adaptor cant take it, it will be the first to go.

Total power of the new one spot can supply is 1700mA. If all your 9 pedals power consumption is less that 1700mA, it shud be alright. Only bad thing cud be higher level of noise(hiss/hum whatever) and over taxing on one adaptor.

If i have 11 pedals, hwo do i power all of them up considering i already have 2 1 spots with dasiy chain.
Was thinking of using my Tu2 to power the extra2?

bro, you could do a daisy chain upon a daisy chain...though I'm not sure how that'd affect the noise levels. I'm also gonna face that problem...as u know..

i did a calculation just, total mA draw fromalmy 9 pedals, 182mA only!!!! and the 1spot is supposed to supply up to 1700mA. unbelievable.... or could my calculation be wrong??mine mostly boss pedals btw...

Usually digital pedals take a lot of juice...

Boss pedals, no problem.

Just link them all up, then report back on your (hopefully) success story!

I do that all the time with my OneSpot. Chaining some 9 pedals as well. No issues at all.
