Can the amp be saved?

Recently i just got a Fender amp with 100w voltage. but i din realise that sg sockets are 230w. When i turn on the amp , i hear a loud crack. After that it can't be switched on anymore. Any opinion on this? or where i can get help to fix this?

doesn't really matter man , where i can i find you goose? probably i can bring it down for you to take a look. I brought it down to a few places today , they all said the transformer is spoilt. Replacing it with the same one and a self-made one does it make a sound difference? if it doesn't i don't mind. I just hope to solve this problem asap. Maybe goose you can pm me your address and hp number.

ahh sian need to wait. i was hoping can fix by this week. The model is Fender SDR-15ce. Its a Fender japan based amp.

aiyah headache sia. hmmm anyways how much do you charge if lets say i find the transformer and you help me replace. Anyways could it be the Transistor problem?

Nope ....the transformer sees the power first then the transistors.

Sure if you can find a replacement
