Errr.. That's kinda funny..
So if I open a mee goreng stall next to four others, and price it at only 50c, the regulars for the other shops would call the patronised shop dishonest?
It is your fault for not researching beforehand, and your fault for purchasing it anyways.. They don't deserve such criticism.. I've found overpriced items in almost every shop, but others are cheaper than the rest..
Truthfully, this is a case of imperfect information where the buyer failed to bridge the gap and obtain the necessary information. Do note that the very nature of a business is to earn and make a living..
The only shops that deserve to be boycott for such actions are those in Sim Lim Square.. Cheez.. Being cheated of 1k for a mere PSP is overboard.. And I've heard WAY too many first-hand and second-hand cases of people spending outrageous amounts since they are unfamiliar with technology..
