hahaha... dumbasses... they can live in denial all they want.

Bottom line. Ceriatones rule ...
My wreck and overtone special are serving me so well ..
i really doubt i could buy an expensive boutique amp now... knowing that i would be paying alot ALOT more $$$ for only alittle more tone and build quality.

i heard if u open the us amps up, u can see they use gold to solder. Maybe can ask nik to make onli 240v just to screw them up, so they noe some of our pains of using a external transformer.

Buy US cuz of lower greenback, but doesnt ceriatone site charge in usd as well? dumb ass

ignorant dudes no doubt. Really unfair and injust judgement and also that defamation statement... too much man.

Ang Moh goots. Angmorica is the most powderful country in the universe!!! Ang Moh invents everytwhing! Asians only eats chinese takeaway in a box shaped like a temple and fortune cookies. Cheng cheng cheng ~ Kwang~

I think there is merit in buying things from their original root country. However, it is not due to nationalism, patriotism or the like. More about who has the better experience in building that said product. Japan was once laughed at as a land of inferior products not too long ago. Even in wristwatches, Swisswatches are a mark of quality today. But is that the truth? A Seiko mechanical watch is by NO MEANS inferior to that of a swiss product, and in some ways, might even be superior. Today, some american guitars are still top notch (Suhrs, Grosh, Detemples, EBMMs, Andersons). So, fine. I'll still look at those to buy. But when the Japanese and the Chinese become of age, then these companies need to surge forward to remain relevant.

Japanese guitars were mocked back then. Look at the cult following for Ibanez and ESP guitars today! There are strangely, still some americans who think that ESP is an american company. We know the truth. There are Japanese guitars that wipe the floor with american made ones. There alre also crappy made japanese guitars for sure. China and the rest of Asia are now where the Japanese were 25-30 years ago. Where will China made guitars be in 10 years? No one knows.

There are an influx of chinese made products today that we know are on par if not superior to american made ones. Kent Armstrong, GFS and Tonerider pups all have chinese components. One try and you know that they kill many "MIA" models.

And all these claims about human rights issues and what not are bullshit. If the americans belived what they spouted, they would have taken up Deng Xiao Ping's offer to open the flood gates for them in the 80s.

Pathein has a point and hope we don't be like em and it's apparent from that thread on matro, there are those who own a ceriatone and testify it being bang for the buck! I guess they just can't handle it !!

Btw Nik has sold more than 300 of those dumblur amps and most of em were shipped to ....*drum roll* ...amorica:-D

i wasnt against the high lighting of the issues, but just concern about how it will turn into a mindless bashing thread. Especially in here..

Heh, when we emo, it doesnt matter we are metaller or hardrodder/rocker, we will still be emo.

we, are the emo rangers!

well before we leave ... i would like to address the issue of why some americans have trouble locating Singapore on the world map.

Partly because 75% of Americans (old statistic) don't own an international passport and have never travelled outside of their country?

They don't really need to travel... traveling within American is big enough to start with.

Why should they even have to know where Singapore is located? Geez, its not like we're Australia or India.

"Oh you don't know where Singapore is? You poor poor ignorant twit!"
