I came across this and thought i'll share with you all here, in case those who are always in question of why/what/how/where about the wood composite of the guitar you own, or you're going to buy.

Hope this cross reference will help you understand the various wood types better and the value behind certain guitars that are crafted using certain wood types.

And oh, do note that certain countries/guitar plants uses only a particular of wood due to either its wide availability or cost. Like a LPPL bo pian lan lan kinda of situation

Ahh... rosewood! must be warm!

Ultimately, when u get your guitar, it all boils down to yourself. How u like the sound and the feel while playing.
