I feel it's all bullshit.. Scene sucks.. Just be who you are.. If you wanna dress up, fine if you express yourself.. Just don't go around boasting you are this or that, or comparing.. Then it no longer becomes about being true to who you are, but showing off what you claim to be..

I listened to punk, I listened to melodic death metal, I listened to screamo, I listened to indie, and now I listen to blues.. But hell my dressing stays the same because that's what I am.. I had my waves of music, never was I influenced by the dressing cause there was no need for it.. I can leave that for the bedroom.. Lol.

Goth and emo are totally different. Emo is a new genre taken off from mainly metal, punk and goth.

Real goths/metalheads would agree if i say that emo is a cheap imitation of goth. Both music are sadistic and deppresive, but in different forms.

Like i said, emo ripped of other genres, creating a new genre of its own. There's no such thing as goth emo, thats like an insults to goths.

In terms of dressing, its also actually distinctive. If you cant really notice the diifference, then you're not lookin but not really seeing.

Bottomline, emo and goth are different.
